Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Work with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
• Maintain proper employee records and personnel files.

2. Payroll & HR Administration

• Coordinate monthly payroll, CPF submissions, leave records, claims, overtime, and attendance.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records and employee data.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance, medical claims, and work pass matters where applicable.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.

3. HR Compliance

• Ensure company HR practices comply with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, CPF requirements, and company policies.
• Keep management updated on changes in employment regulations.
• Support work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements.

4. Employee Relations & Discipline

• Handle employee feedback, grievances, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Advise management on employee relations issues.
• Conduct investigations when required and ensure fair handling of disciplinary cases.
• Promote good communication between management and employees.

5. Performance Management

• Support performance appraisal processes and employee confirmation reviews.
• Work with managers to set performance expectations and improvement plans.
• Assist in identifying high-performing employees and areas requiring improvement.

6. Training & Development

• Identify training needs across departments.
• Coordinate internal and external training programmes.
• Maintain training records and support employee development initiatives.
• Ensure employees receive necessary safety, compliance, and job-related training.

7. HR Policies & Company Culture

• Develop, update, and implement HR policies, employee handbook, SOPs, and workplace guidelines.
• Support company culture, employee engagement, and staff welfare activities.
• Assist management in improving workplace productivity and staff retention.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF, payroll, and work pass matters.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in construction, engineering, signage, manufacturing, or project-based industries will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• System Design: Design and configure LED display systems, considering client requirements, site conditions, and technical specifications. Create technical drawings and schematics.
• Installation Supervision: Oversee the installation of LED displays, ensuring proper wiring, configuration, and testing. Coordinate with installation teams and subcontractors.
• Commissioning & Testing: Commission and test LED display systems to ensure proper functionality and performance. Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues.
• Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive maintenance on LED displays and troubleshoot any technical problems that may arise. Repair or replace faulty components.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients and internal teams regarding LED display systems. Answer technical inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Programming & Configuration: Program and configure LED display controllers and software. Create and manage display content.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to LED displays, including hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system installations, maintenance, and repairs. Prepare technical reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in LED display engineering or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant projects or internships are also encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electronics, networking, and LED technology. Experience with LED display controllers and software is required.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Clearly communicate project updates and address any concerns promptly.
• Vendor Management: Select and manage subcontractors and suppliers for fabrication, installation, electrical work, and other necessary services. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality of work.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines. Monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all signage meets the required specifications and standards. Conduct inspections and address any defects.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets effectively, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular project reports, including progress updates, budget status, and risk assessments. Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the signage industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of signage design, fabrication, and installation techniques. Familiarity with different types of signage materials and technologies (e.g., LED, acrylic, metal). Knowledge of electrical wiring and installation is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
