Architectural & InteriorDrafter / Designer
Join our young and energetic team as we expand our design capabilities across Singapore and the region. You will work under the guidance of a highly established local Interior Designer and collaborate closely with our architectural team. This role offers hands‑on involvement in both architectural and interior design work, with opportunities to contribute meaningfully to real, built projects.
What You’ll Do
1. Assist in architectural and interior design development
2. Produce drawings, drafting, and documentation for ongoing projects
3. Support design coordination, detailing, and project execution
4. Work on a diverse portfolio including:
a. Landed residential homes
b. Large‑scale residential developments
c. Commercial projects
What We’re Looking For
1. Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD
2. Strong willingness to learn and improve
3. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
4. A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
5. Bonus skills: Experience with Twin motion and AI‑assisted design tools
