Job Description & Requirements
- Carry out land surveying, setting out, andlevelling works for HDB construction project sites.
- Verify site measurements, alignment,coordinates, levels, and grid lines according to approved drawings and projectrequirements.
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-builtsurveys when required.
- Assist the project team in checking structurallevels, building positions, road levels, drainage levels, and other site surveymatters.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers,site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant parties onsurvey-related works.
- Prepare and maintain survey records, setting-outreports, as-built drawings, and related site documentation.
- Ensure survey works are carried out accuratelyand in compliance with HDB project specifications, approved drawings, andconstruction standards.
- Support site progress by providing timely surveydata and resolving survey discrepancies or site measurement issues.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Certificate in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Construction orequivalent.
- Prior experience as a Land Surveyor in theconstruction industry, preferably in HDB / public housing projects.
- Good knowledge of site setting out, levelling, alignment, coordinates, and as-built survey works.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, structural drawings, and survey data.
- Familiar with HDB project requirements, construction standards, and site safety practices will be an advantage.
