We are looking for a Social Worker to support individuals and families through the provision of professional casework, counselling, and community-based interventions. This role involves working closely with clients and community partners to assess needs, develop and implement care plans, and deliver appropriate support services, while ensuring ethical practice and adherence to professional standards and organisational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Casework and Counselling

• Conduct casework and provide counselling services to individuals and families.

• Develop, implement, monitor, and review case plans and intervention strategies.

• Engage clients and relevant stakeholders in a professional and therapeutic manner to assess needs and goals.

Advocacy and Collaboration

• Advocate for vulnerable individuals and families to support access to appropriate services and resources.

• Work collaboratively with community partners and stakeholders to promote equal opportunities and holistic support.

Assessment and Intervention

• Participate in client and community assessments, group work, and specialised interventions to address identified needs.

Community Networking and Outreach

• Network and collaborate with community partners and stakeholders.

• Support outreach efforts, needs assessments, and the planning and delivery of relevant programmes and services.

Programme Development and Research

• Identify service gaps based on client needs and recommend improvements to existing programmes.

• Participate in and support research and evaluation activities where relevant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Graduate Diploma in Social Work.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in social work or related settings.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills.

• Ability to communicate in a second language is an advantage.

• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage caseloads effectively.

The Director of IT will lead Lakeside Family Services’ (LFS) digital transformation in alignment with the NCSS TSS objectives of driving productivity improvements and service effectiveness, through technology and data. This role will ensure that IT and data initiatives deliver measurable outcomes, support evidence-based programme development, and enable staff to focus on higher-value client and community work.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management for Integrated Data Management System (IDMS):
• Project Lead for NCSS TSS initiatives, including grant application support, implementation oversight, progress and outcome reporting
• Liaise with NCSS project officers
• Vendors Management for the IDMS
• Coordinate requirements gathering for business analysis from all service and corporate departments
• Ensure project is completed on time, within scope, and aligned to approved grant deliverables
• Link technology initiatives to measurable productivity and service outcomes
• Coordinate implementation of LFS data strategy
• Develop change management communications plan and ensure people, processes and systems are in plan to ensure sustainability of IDMS and its related benefits post project implementation.
• Train a team of master users in each service area to post-system development to facilitate data analysis and decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Masters’ Degree in IT, Data Science or related field
• 10–12 years of experience in IT, data, or digital transformation
• Experience in AI adoption, data analytics, and digital transformation projects.
• Strong project management and change management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance compliance requirements with practical implementation

The IT executive supports the smooth operation of LFS to ensures the organisation can continue to serve their social service users. You implement and maintain servers, storage and network equipment, and provide day-to-day IT support for seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage procurement activities for IT equipment and services
• Liaise with vendors, obtain quotations, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Track contract deliverables, renewal timelines, and vendor performance.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets including issuance, movement, return, and disposal.
• Ensure assets are tagged, documented, and maintained according to organizational policies.
• Generate reports for internal reviews and audits.
• Provide Level 1 IT Helpdesk support (e.g., password resets, printer issues, software installation).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Good understanding of IT procurement and contract administration processes.
• Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle management.
• Basic knowledge of networking, IT systems, and software tools.
• Hands-on experience with common Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with vendors and supporting end-users.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with good documentation habits.
• A customer-centric mindset and willingness to learn.
