Processing of work pass applications/renewals/cancellations (WPOL/EPOL/MYE) and liaise with relevant authorities/embassies on foreign workers related matters.
Manage recruitment for office including screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement.
New employee's on-boarding, new staff orientation, benefits administration, performance management and exit process.
Assist in managing and controlling foreign workers benefits ultilization such as leave, medical benefits, etc, as per Company 's HR policies and procedures.
Process work injury case and liaise with insurance agent/insurance compensation claim process.
Responsible for monthly payrolll processing and other payroll administration including attendance and overtime checking.
Manage and support in training arrangement and development.
Initiate and organize employee welfare activities, i.e. annual dinner, company outing, social activities, teambuilding, CSR events, etc.
