As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on and proactive team member to support both daily fulfillment operations and social media marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfillment & Operations (70%)
- Pick, pack, and prepare gift orders for delivery.
- Assemble gift boxes according to order requirements and quality standards.
- Perform gift personalization, including applying stickers, ribbons, tags, and customized items.
- Conduct quality checks before dispatch.
- Manage inventory and packing materials.
- Coordinate with courier partners and arrange deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Assist with stock receiving, counting, and replenishment.
Social Media & Marketing (30%)
- Create and post content on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Take photos and videos of products, gift sets, and behind-the-scenes operations.
- Assist in filming and editing short-form videos and reels.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when required.
- Research trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Assist in updating product listings and website content.
- Support marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
Requirements
- Based in Singapore.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable with hands-on packing and fulfillment work.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Capcut and basic content creation.
- Able to take aesthetically pleasing photos and videos using a mobile phone.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment.
