Job Summary

Provide IT support and maintenance for hardware, software, servers, and network infrastructure, ensuring system reliability and security. Assist with implementations, user training, and participate in standby support outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, server, and network infrastructure issues to maintain operational stability
• Perform routine IT operations including system monitoring, patching, backups, health checks, and tape rotation in data centres
• Support and maintain servers, network devices, firewalls, and security systems, including administering basic Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and create/update documentation such as Method of Procedures (MOPs)
• Provide user support, training, and guidance on IT systems and best practices to enhance user competence
• Participate in rotational standby support and respond to operational needs during weekends, public holidays, and after office hours
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet IT operational goals

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, infrastructure maintenance, or related field
• Valid Class 3 license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows environments, basic server administration, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi), backup and recovery processes, and IT security fundamentals
• Familiarity with troubleshooting end-user devices, servers, systems, and network infrastructure
• Basic knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and customer service skills
• Willingness to access data centres and work weekends, public holidays, after office hours, and on rotational standby duties when required

Job Summary

• Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to maintain service availability and compliance with SLA requirements
• Respond to incidents and service requests by performing basic repairs and coordinating escalations when necessary

• Carry out Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities for end-user devices and IT equipment to support business needs
• Create, update, and manage support tickets with accurate documentation to track issue resolution progress
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT services
• Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal technical teams to resolve operational and technical issues efficiently
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and simple Method of Procedure (MOP) documents for IT processes
• Participate in rotational standby support and provide IT support during weekends, public holidays, and after office hours as required

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, IT operations, infrastructure maintenance, or related field
• Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in IT, Electronics, Engineering, or related discipline
• Knowledge of Windows environments, basic server administration, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi), backup and recovery processes, and IT security fundamentals
• Familiarity with troubleshooting end-user devices, servers, systems, and network infrastructure
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
• Willingness to access data centres and work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends, public holidays, after office hours, and rotational standby duties

Job Description

· Round the clock monitoring and maintenance of the System (hardware and software) to ensure system uptime in accordance to SLA commitments

· Respond to all incident / service calls and be first responder onsite to troubleshoot and resolve incidents including basic repairs or parts replacements

· Create / update and track ticket in ticketing tool to closure observing SLA commitments

· Escalate when necessary in accordance to escalation matrix

· Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting system hardware and all computer-based systems.

· Coordinate and work with third-party supplier or other contractors to identify the causes of issues e.g. hardware, software, network problems and etc. that may affect the proper functioning of the System.

· Liaise and work closely with customer to address service concerns and to solve technical problems.

· Work with technical team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary

· Perform Install / Move / Add / Change (IMAC) activities as tasked

· Ensure all material are properly documented and handed over during shift changes

· Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

· Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, IT or equivalent

· Relevant experience in IT system support and hardware maintenance

· Experience in electrical/mechanical drawing, service/repair manuals and or diagrams will be added advantage

· Basic knowledge in Networking and Database management will be added advantage

· Airport operations background will be added advantage

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter, self-motivated and critical thinker who embraces challenges

· Ability to work responsibly, independently and in a team

· Able to interact with all levels of people and work under stress

Working hours

Rotating 12 hrs shift or as assigned

· 4 days 12 hrs and 3 days rest

· Followed by 3 days 12 hrs and 4 days rest

Job Responsibilities

Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot fibre optic and data cabling systems in offices, commercial buildings, and data centres.

Perform rack and stack installation of network and IT equipment, including servers, switches, and routers.

Carry out cable routing, equipment mounting, drilling, and other site installation works.

Assist in basic data centre operations and maintenance activities.

Conduct monthly sanity checks, asset verification, and stock-taking of equipment and materials.

Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fibre optic and data cabling installation, data centre operations, or related technical work.

Knowledge of fibre splicing, structured cabling, cable termination, and testing.

Physically fit and able to perform manual work, including lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working at heights.

Job Description

• Provide project deployment for customers' Enterprise IT Network Services.
• Work closely with Project Manager to fulfil project deliverables.
• Able to perform the role of Project Lead for small to medium size projects.
• Preferably with basic knowledge and hands on experience in any of the following areas:

Requirements
