Performed cleaning duties in assigned areas and cover staff duty whenever required (eg staff on leave , mc , absent)

Meet the cleanliness and hygiene standard and ensure compliance to health & Safety Procedures and practices

Handle cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and other general household cleaning equipment .Able work in GMP environment and required to wear PPE(gowning , mask , hairnet and N95 mask)

Able to perform work on weekends, public holiday and performed overtime

Ø  To oversee all QHSE functions in the company and ensure QHSE aspects in the organization being addressed as per the corporate, statutory and standards requirements

Ø  Maintain the existing third-party certification for the business management systems in meeting the requirement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) (ISO9001,ISO45001 & ISO14001)

Ø  Responsible for new application of any compliance certification such as Bizsafe, NEA,BCA and to maintain its validity

Ø  Develop annual budget for QHSE resources for current and the future QHSE activities and assist sites to run QHSE related programme

Ø  Liaise with General Manager on setting QHSE Objectives and Targets and plan the relevant programmers to achieve those targets

Ø  Develop, Implement and revise QHSE Procedures for the company wide

Ø  Develop annual QHSE Internal audit programme, internal auditors and ensure internal audit being carried out companywide to ensure compliance with KJ FEM QHSE Policies and Standards as well as regulatory and client requirements and identify areas for improvement

Ø  Ensure the company follows all legal and other requirements relating to QHSE and monitor changes in legislation and assess the impact on the business

Ø  Monitor, measure and report on compliance with all QHSE legislation applicable to the company’s activities

Ø  Review and analyze data from audits, accident investigation, near misses, customer complaints to identify adverse trend and implement preventive action and reports to relevant interested parties

Ø  Under take the company’s management review process for IMS

Ø  Conduct QHSE audits and Inspection throughout the company’s activities on regular basis

Ø  Conduct QHSE training to employees as required

Ø  Organize HSE Committee meeting on monthly basis and ensure meeting being conducted asper the statutory requirement

Ø  Attendant site safety meeting which call by client/consultant

Ø  Lead (if required) in the Risk Assessment development process company wide

Ø  Liaise with site Operations personnel on QHSE matters, ensuring the application of best QHSE practices throughout the site

Ø  Motivate, coach and develop staff towards improving QHSE culture and behaviors

Ø  Prepare monthly QHSE report and to submit to GM and KJTS head office in timely manner

Ø  Liaise with external certification bodies for the external audit process annually

Ø Assist GM or Country Head on any new biddings/tender/proposal for new projection the aspect of QHSE

Ø  Ensure all QHSE records being maintained at HQ and at sites and available upon request by Interested Parties
