Invoicing & Billing: Generate and issue sales invoices accurately and timely to various retail outlets and corporate clients.

Payment Processing: Perform daily recording of receipts and perform offset/reconciliation (knock-off) against outstanding invoices.

Statement Management: Prepare and send monthly Statements of Accounts (SOA) to customers.

Credit Control: Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments through professional communication with clients.

Bank Reconciliation: Assist in daily bank reconciliations and ensure AR records match bank statements.

Month-End Closing: Assist the finance team with month-end closing activities and audit preparations related to receivables.

Education: Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI Level 2/3, or equivalent professional accounting certification.

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting. Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables). Experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Navision, or similar) is a significant advantage.

Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English to handle professional correspondence.

Attributes: High level of accuracy, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Work Location: Near Bishan MRT / Central Area.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Salary Range: $2,800 – $3,200 (Commensurate with experience).

Customer Liaison: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email regarding coffee machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair requests.

Service Coordination: Manage the end-to-end repair process, including scheduling and coordinating the collection and delivery of machines between customers and our service center.

Logistics Coordination: Liaise with internal technicians and external logistics partners to ensure timely pick-ups and returns.

Case Management: Maintain accurate records of service history, repair status, and customer communications in our system.

Administrative Support: Prepare service quotations, process service invoices, and handle basic administrative tasks related to the after-sales department.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics Coordination, or After-Sales support. Experience with household appliances or coffee machines is a plus.

Communication: Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
