Kinetica Pte. Ltd. is a professional services firm providing corporate secretarial, immigration, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and other advisory services to a variety of clients, including those of Kelvin Chia Partnership, the regional law firm with which we are associated. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as a Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for mostly private companies limited by shares, including company incorporations, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for ongoing corporate secretarial matters for clients, and maintenance of statutory records and registers.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting with employment pass applications for clients (training will be provided if no experience).
• Assistance with converting financial statements into the XBRL format (experience preferred, but training will be provided if no experience).
• Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed in both spoken and written English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and result-oriented personality who is willing to learn and improve.
• Familiarity with TeamWork software (for maintaining registers) is a bonus (but not mandatory; training will be provided).
• Able to work independently after a period of training.

We invite applications from dynamic and motivated individuals to join us as a Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, etc.
• Manage a portfolio of over 80 Singapore companies independently including liaising with clients directly and in a timely manner.
• Assist in drafting and updating database of corporate secretarial precedents.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Training juniors in the team.
• Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Must be familiar with provisions of the Companies Act, latest regulations relating to registrable controllers and nominee directors, KYC and AML requirements.
• Must be a chartered secretary or a law degree holder with relevant experience in corporate secretarial work.
• Those without degrees, but who have relevant experience are also welcome to apply for an executive or senior executive position.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Must be pro-active, a good team player and able to work independently and carefully.
• Someone who is looking for long term prospects.
