To design, develop and implement software solutions for BMS system including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc.
To design P&ID diagram
To collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS
To write, debug and test the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS systemÂ
To monitor, troubleshoot and resolve the BMS related issues
To develop and maintenance manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy related Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in the development of BMS for Chiller plants
Proven track record of the successful delivery of projects
Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to Chiller plants
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Possess the ability to use data insights to drive system performance improvements
Possession of Niagara N4 certification is an added advantage, and having experience in BMS programming with Niagara framework and PLC control

Job Description
Responsible for the maintenance of District Cooling System (DCS) plants, Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) and other field works
Implement and monitor service and maintenance programme
Support analysis and optimisation of plant maintenance
Supervise and implement all maintenance processes including externally sourced contractors
Support maintenance contract management
Conduct routine inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems
Assist Engineer in calibrations and control troubleshooting as required
Assign and release work orders to the concerned maintenance specialists and contractors
Close work orders / service requests after completion of work
Ensure work method of maintenance activities comply with established standards and procedures
Assist Engineer to analyse and implement facility enhancement and improvement works
Ensure all maintenance records are properly documented for tracking and audit purposes
Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary
Administer Permit To Work system
Uphold a safe operating environment and carry out all maintenance activities in compliance with company's policies & procedures and government legislation. Understand safety requirements for Machine Guarding, LOTO, Permit to Work, Work at Height, Hot work, hazardous area classification and etc.
Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor from time to time.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Control & Instrumentation / Air-conditioning Engineering. Higher NITEC holders with relevant DHCS experience will also be considered favorably
Keen interest to develop a career in the DHCS business
Good understanding of the technical features of ACMV and District Cooling System
Practical experience in Energy Management System and is conversant in local / remote control and monitoring system as well as in instrumentation
Working knowledge of facilities, machines and equipment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good awareness of Health, Safety and Environment and a strong safety mindset
