Safety Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

•        Toconduct safety meeting and tool box meetings.

•        Tocheck all works activities to ensure compliance with the Factories Act and

other safety regulations.

•        Co-ordinatesand implement EHS Management including submission of paper

works to the main contractor’s safety officer.

•        Anyother work required by the Company.

Requirements

•        At least 3year(s) of working experience in the related field.

•        Candidate must possess Safety Co-Ordinator Certificate.

Safety Officer
Responsibilities:

·        Assist inplanning and implementing safety, health systems and policies

·        Plan,organize, implement WSH requirements for all premises as per legal requirementsand organizational needs

·        Developand manage company safety program and policies

·        Conductsafety inspection, internal audit, safety briefing, training and organizesafety events

·        Reviewexisting safety policies and ensure compliance to the Workplace Safety andHealth Act (WSHA) and Regulations

·        Updateand manage relevant records required under the WSHA and generate managementreports

·        Participatein internal and external WSH safety committees

Requirements:

·        Candidatemust possess at least a Diploma certificate in WSH OFFICER or equivalent

·        Required skills(s):good written and verbal communication skills,

·                     Prefer at least 2 years of working experiencein the related field.

Site Engineer Post

Responsibilities

• To assist the Project Manager in site supervision works.
• Supervise, monitor & control project for compliance to specifications & drawings.
• Resolve site technical issues and ensure inspection and approval by the Consultant of the work done.
   

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering ( PE Board Recognized or Equivalent).
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.      Manage monthly/bi-monthlyemployee payrolls, employment quotas, employee trainings, work-passes

2.      Implement and manageperformance review procedures

3.      Oversee daily operations

4.      Provide administrativesupport to Accounting Department such as typing, filing and basic bookkeeping

5.      Handling full set of account (Construction) forauditing at end of financial year

6.      Prepare, examine or analyze accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

7.      Preparing on monthly CPF, quarterly GST, IR21, IR8A and yearly tax submission

8.      Liaise with auditor, tax agent and other government agencies.

9.      Preparation of documents for audit purposes

10.  Prepare adjusting journal entries

11.  Ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

1.      Diploma in Accounting /Finance or equivalent professional qualification.

2.      Background in human resources in Construction of related industry

3.      Accounting knowledge.

4.      Microsoft Office, Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Familiar in using

MYOB(ABSS) software will be an added advantage

5.      3 years of working experience in related area.
