We are a growing engineering and home services company seeking a skilled Electrical Technician / Licensed Electrician (LEW) to join our team. The role involves electrical installation, maintenance, and project support for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation and maintenance of lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, sockets, and DB boxes for residential (HDB/Condo) and commercial premises
- Carry out single-phase and three-phase wiring, conduit installation, and electrical modification works in compliance with SS 638 standards
- Conduct testing and commissioning, including insulation and earthing tests, ensuring safety and compliance
- Support project execution by assisting with site measurements, material estimation, and client coordination
- (For LEW licence holders) Endorse electrical works, perform safety assessments, and submit relevant applications to EMA
Requirements
- Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Possession of a valid EMA Electrician Licence (LEW) is highly preferred (higher salary will be offered accordingly)
- Must hold valid Work-at-Height (WAH) and CSOC (Construction Safety Orientation Course) certificates
- At least 1–2 years of relevant local electrical work experience in Singapore
- Familiar with Singapore electrical standards and regulations
- Able to communicate in basic English and Mandarin (to liaise with clients and team members)
- Possess Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
