Job Description

• Responsible for account management of the customers who are mainly in Singapore. (some are in South East Asia countries)
• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers to present/promote the existing and new products.
• Coordination with the manufacturer in Japan/Taiwan in Japanese and English.
• Attend technical meeting, sales meeting and meeting with customers.
• Prepare sales report & meeting minutes.
• Issue quotation, price calculation and price Negotiation with customers and suppliers.
• Arrange delivery schedule with customers and factories.
• Customer entertainment may required.
• Meeting with technical team in Japan and technical support team locally.

Requirements

• As this position needs to liaise with Japan HQ, therefore, knowing Japanese language
• Japanese speaking SG citizen or PR (NLPT 2 and above
• Preferably Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Development or relevant field
• Experienced in working with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint
• At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing / semiconductor industry or min. 1 year experience in Sales
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Willing to travel when required
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills

Job Description

• Support site managers and site members for any technical issues relating to scrubber.
• Regarding those issues/troubles/questions beyond your knowledge, communicate with Japan to get proper answer/advice, and then feedback to site
• Visit site to join PM/CM jobs, or to carry out troubleshooting activities, or any other ad-hoc tasks if necessary (such as meeting with customer etc)
• Understand CMS/SCADA system, assist site managers to settle the job, or complete the job independently (cooperate directly with 3rdparty vendor if necessary)
• Understand basic knowledge of CX-programmer, able to download / upload / verify PLC programs
• Understand basic knowledge of GP-Pro EX, able to download / upload / verify touch panel programs
• Understand basic knowledge of Gas DRE testing, assist site manager to complete DRE testing (including tool purchasing, instrument management and communication with 3rd party vendor if necessary)
• Manage claim reports issued by site managers
• Follow up claim cases, assist the communication between site manager and TS Dept. Gain information from site and answer questions raised by TS Dept
• Keep record of claim parts shipment
• Help site managers to check parts code with Japan
• Make DRE report (including DRE rate calculation)
• Risk assessment & safety related issue
• Daily & Weekly Report
• Document Translation & Email Translation
• Interpretation for meeting, training or any other company activities
• Any other ad-hoc works

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese and English in writing and speaking.
• Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
• Strong ability in handling technical issues and able to propose and negotiate service contracts to customers
• Experience in Semiconductor Fab and Service Audit will be an advantage
• Good understanding & knowledge of semiconductor facilities & processes will be an advantage
• Willing to travel daily to various sites
• Must be self-driven, energetic, resourceful, and good leadership
• Meticulous and timely in documentation

Job Description & Requirements

We are a Japanese MNC with subsidiary offices located across Asia and we are looking for potential candidates to join our company. All hired candidates are required to perform the below tasks on a daily basis:

• Perform / give instruction on abatement system (scrubber) PM service, activate charcoal & catalyst replacement on site.
• Provide CM & troubleshooting on site.
• Perform equipment installation, onsite refurbishment and retrofit task.
• Develop high technical competency on company, equipment servicing and troubleshooting.
• Monitor field service works comply with company/customer site policies & procedures.
• To report all issues pertaining to customer claim reports.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports for management.
• Provide service reports on assigned task.
• Ensure and comply with healthy and safe work procedure.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec certificate preferably in electrical, mechanical or technical background is preferred.
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in maintaining machine operation.
• Responsible, independent with excellent customer service skill.
• Possessing general knowledge: understand the basic unit system, mechanical system and, chemical term language.
• Having knowledge of machinery code, standard, and rule is preferred.
