Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for electrical systems using software such as Autodesk Revit.
Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction documentation.
Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines (architectural, structural, and MEP) to resolve clashes using tools like Navisworks.
Ensure all models comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Assist engineers and project teams in design development and technical submissions.
Conduct clash detection and model coordination meetings.
Update BIM models based on site changes and design revisions.
Support project delivery by ensuring timely submission of drawings and models.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling for electrical works in the construction industry.
Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
Strong understanding of electrical systems (e.g., power distribution, lighting, ELV systems).
Familiar with local codes, standards, and authority requirements.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
