Position: Demi Chef / Chef de Partie
Location: KAI RESIDENCES PTE LTD
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu standards
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen with efficiency and consistency
- Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
- Assist in menu planning and development
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie (or similar role)
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred.
- Possess WSG Food Safety level 1 or level 2 .
- Communication fluent in English/Chinese.
