Job Summary

Prepare and manage detailed construction shop drawings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. Collaborate with site teams and clients to resolve issues and maintain up-to-date documentation for smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for architectural, structural, and M&E construction works to support project delivery
• Develop and interpret construction shop drawing details to ensure clarity and accuracy
• Liaise with site teams to verify drawings reflect actual site conditions and update as needed
• Provide drawing clarifications to site project managers, engineers, and supervisors to facilitate construction activities
• Check designs and details to ensure compliance with relevant authorities and standards
• Submit and revise shop drawings to clients within project timelines to maintain workflow
• Coordinate with clients to resolve issues arising from shop drawing comments and feedback
• Maintain version control of all drawings to ensure the latest revisions are available
• Issue updated drawings to site teams and subcontractors, keeping accurate records of revisions and approvals
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required to support project needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Recognized Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the Singapore construction industry
• Proficient in reading and interpreting consultant drawings
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, including civil & structural and structural steel
• Effective coordination and communication skills with site teams and consultants
• High attention to detail to prevent site errors
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Ability to start work on short notice

We are seeking a committed and hands-on M&E Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate mechanical and electrical works on site. The candidate will ensure all M&E installations are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise and manage day-to-day M&E works on site (mechanical & electrical)
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and work schedule
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of works

2. Drawing Coordination & Technical Support

• Review M&E drawings and coordinate with main contractor/project team, Subcontractors, Consultants (Architect, C&S Engineer, M&E Engineer)
• Identify drawing discrepancies and raise RFIs where necessary
• Ensure proper coordination between M&E and structural/architectural works

3. Installation & Quality Control

• Inspect installation works such as Electrical (cabling, DBs, lighting, containment systems), Mechanical (HVAC, ducting, piping, plumbing, fire protection)
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper workmanship

4. Testing & Commissioning

• Assist in testing and commissioning of M&E systems
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants for inspections and handover
• Prepare necessary documentation for testing and commissioning

5. Authority & Compliance

• Ensure all works comply with local regulations and standards, including Building and Construction Authority (BCA) relevant codes, and safety requirements
• Support submission of M&E drawings and documents if required

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and submit daily / weekly site reports, progress updates, method statements, and checklists
• Maintain proper records of site activities and inspections

7. Safety & Coordination

• Ensure all M&E works comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations
• Conduct site coordination with other trades to avoid clashes and delays
• Attend site meetings and coordinate work schedules

8. Any ad-hoc related job maybe assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience in the Singapore construction industry
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and site coordination
• Familiar with local codes and submission requirements
• Proficient in AutoCAD (basic knowledge required)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in building projects / A&A works / structural projects
• Able to work independently and under pressure

We are seeking a motivated Site Project Coordinator to support the execution of our projects. You will coordinate site activities, handle authorities’ submissions, manage documentation, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings & specifications
• Liaise between contractors, consultants, suppliers, and the relevant team
•  Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Handle technical drawings and resolve discrepancies, if any.
• Prepare and manage documentation (RFIs, reports, submissions)
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries
• Support cost control and budgeting tracking
• Ensure safety (WSH) and regulatory requirements

Skills Required

• Knowledgeof Architectural, Civil & Structural building construction works or related field.
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong coordination & communication skills
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/ Excels
• Strong knowledge of site operations, coordination processes, and project management skills will be preferred for architectural/structural work details.
• Proven leadership skills to supervise and manage Coordinators, Foremen, and workers.
• Strong ability in multitasking
• Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment

Minimum Qualification

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Construction Management
• Knowledge of local regulations (e.g., BCA standards)
• WSH-related certifications (e.g., Safety courses) are an advantage
