Job Responsibilities

• Carry out site visits and inspections for cooling tower and related ACMV projects, as required

• Prepare, review, and interpret basic AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and technical details for cooling tower installations

• Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues, discrepancies, or unexpected site conditions during project execution

• Provide technical support and coordination to internal departments, including Sales, Operations, and Project teams

• Support documentation preparation, technical submissions, and project records
  

Job Requirements

• Entry-level candidate with an Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services preferred)

• Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks responsibly

• Willing to learn site practices, cooling tower systems, and ACMV applications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, delivery orders (DO), and other related documentation
• Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
• Perform bank-related transactions and assist with banking administration matters
• Coordinate with logistics providers and manage shipping documentation and arrangements
• Provide full-spectrum administrative support to the office and sales team
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of financial and administrative documents
• Support month-end closing and basic reporting as required
  

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Familiar with shipping, import/export, and banking terminology
• Prior experience in administration, accounts, or sales support preferred
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
