- Attend and actively participate in daily toolbox meetings at 6 a.m. to align on work plans and safety protocols

- Supervise construction workers daily to ensure task completion and adherence to standards
- Enforce workplace safety measures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during project execution
- Mediate and resolve disputes between clients and workers to maintain workflow continuity
- Manage all office and site-related administrative and operational tasks with accountability
