The Stage Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing live entertainment within the restaurant, ensuring performances run smoothly while maintaining a seamless dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Event & Performance CoordinationPlan and manage live entertainment such as musicians, DJs, or small performances.Coordinate schedules with restaurant management, kitchen, and front-of-house teams.Ensure entertainment aligns with the restaurant’s ambiance and service flow.
- Stage & Equipment ManagementOversee setup and breakdown of stage, sound, and lighting equipment.Conduct sound checks and ensure all technical elements are operational.Maintain equipment in good working condition and report issues promptly.
- Service IntegrationCoordinate performance timing with dining service (e.g., avoid peak ordering times).Adjust entertainment flow to support customer comfort and conversation levels.Work closely with service staff to minimize disruption.
- Performer LiaisonAct as the main point of contact for entertainers.Brief performers on venue expectations, timing, volume levels, and audience profile.Manage performer needs professionally and efficiently.
- Scheduling & TimingPrepare and manage event run sheets.Ensure performances start, pause, and end according to schedule.Coordinate breaks and transitions smoothly.
- Guest ExperienceSupport a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for diners.Address any issues related to noise levels or performance quality.Ensure entertainment enhances, rather than overwhelms, the dining experience.
- Health & Safety ComplianceEnsure all stage and equipment setups meet safety standards.Maintain clear walkways and emergency access points.Monitor sound levels in line with regulations and guest comfort.

Requirements
