Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager on the day to day running of the project administration

Responsibilities

• Administrating Active Directory and Windows Update Services

• Manage and maintain all Active Directory objects, DNS records and Group Policies, handling requests for creation and removal of related items

• Assisting the Support Engineer or Software Engineer in problem resolution beyond the capability of the 1st Level Support Staff. 

• Performing system recovery if needed.

• Escalating unsolvable problems to the 3rd Level Support Staff and reports the escalation to superior.

• Ensuring that the System runs according to contractual specifications after problem resolution.

• Providing advice on system / database performance monitoring and tuning.

• Ensuring deployments of approved patches/releases are implemented accordingly to Change Request.

• Complete all Service Requested accordingly to SLA timeframe.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent, although consideration will be given to experience and certifications in lieu of degree.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years IT experience

• Past working experience in Cloud environment is an advantage

• Able to handle demanding service response and recovery turnaround

• Manage day-to-day BAU operations for biometric applications, systems and related infrastructure.

• Ensure system availability, operational stability, and compliance with

Incident Management & Investigation

Requirements

• To configure, implement and maintain all security platforms (E.g. Firewall, Intrusion Prevention, Web Application Firewalls, Web Proxies, DNSSEC)

• Perform assessment of Security Advisories and provide recommendations to the team

Requirements

• Extensive technical know-how of network security devices (E.g. Firewall, Intrusion Prevention, Web Application Firewalls, Web Proxies, DNSSEC)

• Hands-on experience in at least 2 of the security devices (E.g. Firewall, Intrusion Prevention, Web Application Firewalls, Web Proxies, DNSSEC)

• Provides administration support to the IT Operations Team that is deployed at the customer site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or an equivalent engineering discipline, with 4-7 years of progressive software development experience featuring a strong emphasis on hardware-software integration.

• Deep, hands-on development experience in C/C++ and .NET across both Windows and Linux environments (including VMware), with a focus on writing high-performance, maintainable code.

• Experience managing and optimizing MS SQL or MySQL databases, alongside integrating distributed systems via MQTT, REST APIs, Web Services, and XML/SOAP. 

• Demonstrated experience architecting, hosting, and deploying software applications and web platforms locally. Candidates should possess strong capabilities with web servers (IIS, Apache, or Nginx), local containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and bare-metal server configuration within private enterprise networks. Prior experience with public cloud environments is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Practical knowledge of Cameras, ONVIF protocols, and the methodologies required to interface software with diverse physical sensors, scanning devices, or COTS systems.

• Exposure to Machine Learning concepts; preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate the ability to leverage AI methodologies to streamline processes and drive systemic efficiency.

• Excellent verbal/written skills with a track record of writing clean technical documentation (design specs, user guides) and delivering product demos to customers.
