Responsibilities

• To support the daily Operation activities in SOC Engineering. 

• Perform daily healthchecks, asset verification and administration of some engineering activities for SOC Management

• Help to do daily healthcheck on the SIEM platform.

• Perform Asset verification tasks

• Assist request raising for firewall/patches/service Request/Change requests

• Help administer mailbox on operation requests

• Help on-board off board assets from SIEM platform.

• Help basic troubleshoot for on-boarding issue.

Requirements

• At least 3 - 4 years’ experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems

• Have 1-5 years technical experience on working with Windows/Linux platform.

• Good with microsoft excel, analytical problem-solving, documentation, coomunication skills and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration and conversion of on-premises / cloud databases (MSSQL, Oracle) to PostgreSQL on cloud-managed database services

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions in at least one of: MSSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL

• Collaborate with application teams to ensure seamless integration, data integrity, and minimal downtime during migrations

• Ensure database code meets performance, security, and coding standards

• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks (query plans, indexing, I/O, memory utilization)

• Implement indexing strategies, partitioning, and query optimization techniques tailored to MSSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL on cloud-managed platforms

• Monitor and fine-tune performance post-migration using native cloud tools

• Configure and manage cloud-managed database services across AWS and Azure for MSSQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL workloads

• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies aligned to RPO/RTO objectives

• Design and support high availability and scalability patterns

• Enforce security (encryption, IAM roles, least privilege) and governance best practices

• Maintain migration runbooks, schema mappings, and conversion logic

• Produce reports on migration progress, performance metrics, and cost optimization

• Communicate updates and risks clearly to stakeholders

• Implement database security policies and access controls

• Stay current with security threats and apply patches/updates as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 8–10 years of experience in database development and migration for MSSQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL

• Must have hands-on experience as a database developer with strong skills in SQL programming

• Proficiency in SQL, T-SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages

• Strong understanding of database design principles

• Experience with database performance tuning and optimization

• Knowledge of database security and compliance requirements

• Exposure to database administration tasks on MSSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL is preferable

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

• Effective communication and documentation skills

• Proven experience in database conversion from MSSQL and Oracle to PostgreSQL in cloud environments

• Experience with data migration and movement tools, including on-premises database tools (e.g., Backup utilities, Data Pump) and cloud services (e.g., AWS DMS, AWS Glue, AWS Athena)

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation for database deployments (PowerShell, Git, CI/CD pipelines)

• Understanding of cloud infrastructure components (networking, load balancers, virtualization) and commercial cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

• Experience supporting high-availability production systems in cloud environments is advantageous

• Software development experience in any programming language is a plus

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a service excellence attitude

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Senior Application DBAs and application teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with technical and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs for data structure, availability and accessibility

• Support the translation of data needs into technical system requirements

• Advise on latest technologies, strategies, and products in database and data processing software

• Recommend types of data and data sources needed

• Support the building of data flow channels and processing systems to extract, transform, load and integrate data from various sources

• Develop complex code, scripts and data pipelines to process structured and unstructured data near real-time  

• Develop prototypes and proof of concepts for the selected solutions

• Support the identification of data sources (both internal and external)

• Perform operational ad-hoc data provision to extract/load data based on stakeholders requirements using ETL tools such as Informatica

Requirements

• Degree, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent

• Seven (7) years’ experience in an IT Infrastructure / Operations Role

• Experience with Cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS)

• Operating system administration and related services (Windows Server, Linux)

• Infrastructure-as-code and cloud automation (APIs, Cloudformation, Chef, Ansible, Puppet)

• DevOps development and platform support (Docker, Container Services)

• Experience with programming / scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell)

• Networking experience and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN, DHCP)

• The ability to work towards strict and conflicting deadlines be able to plan and prioritise in an environment with multiple stakeholders.

• A good understanding of Singapore Healthcare System.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs.

• Coordinate, manage and/or work with external auditors, service providers, regulators and/or other agencies.

Determine the adequacy, operating effectiveness of the controls implemented.

• Identify options for resolution of system gaps. Drive and collaborate with cross-functional team to strengthen security measures.

• Drive and execute IT audits within the organization in accordance with the approved annual audit plan. Review and coordinate the work of the team members to ensure that artefacts provided to auditors, draft audit reports and other deliverables meet the internal standards and assignments are completed within budgeted time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field

• 5+ years experience in Application Operations, IT governance, compliance, or security

• Experience with application security standards and controls
