HR Executive
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: Up to $3,800 (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our daily office operations and manpower administration within the construction industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in handling Work Pass matters, project documentation, insurance administration, and general office coordination while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Work Pass (WP) applications, renewals, cancellations and related matters with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
- Coordinate Security Bond, medical insurance and other employee-related documentation
- Prepare, organize and maintain project documents, permits, compliance records and certifications
- Process insurance documentation, monitor policy renewals and assist with claims administration
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper filing of HR and administrative documents
- Handle general administrative duties including correspondence, scheduling, document preparation and record updates
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment purchases and vendor arrangements
- Provide administrative support to management and project teams
- Perform other ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Experience handling MOM Work Pass matters is highly preferred
- Familiarity with construction-related documentation and compliance processes is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
