Job Description

• Manage and oversee daily HR and administrative operations in Singapore.
• Lead end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, on boarding, confirmation, promotion, and employee exit.
• Review and supervise payroll preparation, attendance records, and leave administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation, including collecting attendance data, overtime records, and allowance details.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Manage foreign employee matters including work pass applications, renewals, and related documentation.
• Liaise with government authorities (e.g. MOM, CPF Board, IRAS) on HR-related matters when required.
• Oversee office administration, procurement coordination, and general office operations.
• Support and coordinate HR and administrative matters for overseas offices and regional operations.
• Drive improvements in HR processes, administrative systems, and operational efficiency.
• Provide HR advisory support to management and assist in employee relations matters.
• Undertake special projects assigned by the Director.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR working experience;
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, basic Outlook IT knowledge;
• Good communication skills and likes to interact with all levels of people.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project ExecutionManager to lead on-site execution and delivery of marine HVAC projects. Thisrole focuses on on-site execution and delivery, covering installation,commissioning, and final handover, with strong emphasis on site presence andhands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of on-site execution and project delivery (schedule, quality, and safety);
• Take full ownership and lead installation activities for both ducting systems and equipment installation;
• Coordinate and follow up on duct fabrication and delivery to ensure timely supply in line with site requirements;
• Plan, manage, and control site activities, including workforce and subcontractors;
• Develop, implement, and control daily and weekly work plans, ensuring proper manpower deployment and material readiness to meet site execution requirements;
• Track, manage, and close site issues in a timely manner to avoid delays and rework;
• Ensure consistent and efficient daily site execution through proactive planning, coordination, and follow-up;
• Drive project progress and resolve on-site technical and installation issues;
• Lead full system commissioning, including pre-commissioning checks, air balancing, system and integrated testing, ensuring successful project handover;
• Liaise with shipyards, clients, and stakeholders on site-related matters;
• Coordinate and align internal teams (engineering, duct fabrication, procurement, and equipment teams) to ensure smooth execution and timely project delivery;
• Monitor and control site costs, material usage, execution efficiency, and rework, and proactively address deviations to ensure project targets are met;
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports, tracking planned vs actual progress, manpower deployment, material status, and key issues to ensure effective project control.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marine HVAC / M&E installation / ducting systems;
• Hands-on experience in shipyard or site-based project execution;
• Familiar with HVAC installation and commissioning processes;
• Exposure to HVAC air balancing / system commissioning is an advantage;
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills;
• Willing and able to be based on-site at shipyards for extended periods;
• Able to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing project activities to meet deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report status to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support site operations including installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Track material procurement and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Assist in cost control, budget monitoring, variation orders (VO), and progress claims.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC standards, and HSE requirements.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and shipyard representatives on project matters.
• Prepare meeting minutes (MoM), reports, and maintain proper project documentation.
• Identify risks and support mitigation actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Requirements & Qualifications

The Supply Chain / Procurement Representative is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment, and services to support project and operational requirements. The role ensures cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, and compliance with company and project standards, particularly within Marine / HVAC environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
• Obtain quotations, perform commercial evaluations, and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to achieve cost efficiency.
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, including performance monitoring.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of materials to site or warehouse.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure technical and schedule alignment.
• Monitor inventory levels and support material planning to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and contractual requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for procurement transactions and audits.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements& Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in Marine / HVAC industries.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract terms.
• Experience in sourcing technical materials such as HVAC equipment, electrical components, or mechanical items is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures and documentation is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and identify suppliers for direct/indirect materials/services to expand supplier base and for new project/production needs;
• Obtain quotes from newly source suppliers to provide costing and cost reduction;
• Lead in conducting periodic price negotiation with suppliers to ensure competency in cost for materials/service;
• Develop and negotiate favorably supply agreement with suppliers;
• Work with Engineering/Unit Sales to analysis Sales Contract’s scope of supply and provided Sales Contract BOM Cost to Management;
• Support in providing Project Costing;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineer/HVAC in or equivalent;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken in English and Mandarin as to liaise with relevant Mandarin speaking counterparts;
• Excellent organization problem solving and negotiation skills.
