Job Summary
You will manage the full recruitment cycle for Delivery Representatives, handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and coordinating with internal teams to meet staffing needs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Delivery Representatives, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Post job advertisements on MyCareersFuture, job portals, and social media to attract qualified candidates
- Source candidates through online platforms and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely hiring decisions
- Prepare and issue employment documents such as offer letters to successful candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers for accurate record-keeping
- Follow up with candidates on application status and onboarding progress to ensure smooth hiring
- Support onboarding activities to help new hires integrate effectively into the company
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment fulfillment
Required competencies and certifications
- Willingness to travel between Pasir Panjang and Woodlands warehouses
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong organizational skills demonstrated by managing recruitment schedules and candidate records
- Effective communication skills to liaise with candidates and internal teams clearly
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced logistics environment
