岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
Provide course consultation and student recruitment support to prospective students.
为潜在学生提供课程咨询及招生服务。
Introduce programme details, entry requirements, class schedules, fees, and progression pathways.
介绍课程内容、入学要求、上课安排、学费及升学路径。
Follow up with enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, email, and face-to-face consultation.
通过电话、WhatsApp、微信、邮件及面谈跟进学生咨询。
Assist students with enrolment, document submission, and admission procedures.
协助学生完成报名、文件提交及入学流程。
Maintain good relationships with students and parents, and provide timely support.
与学生及家长保持良好沟通，并提供及时支持。
Participate in marketing activities, education fairs, and online/offline student recruitment events.
参与市场推广、教育展及线上线下招生宣传活动。
Work closely with the academic and administration teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
与学术及行政团队配合，确保招生及报名流程顺畅。
Achieve recruitment and sales targets assigned by the institute.
完成学院安排的招生及销售目标。
任职要求 / Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.
具备良好的中英文沟通能力及人际交往能力。
Strong sense of responsibility, service mindset, and sales awareness.
具备责任心、服务意识及销售意识。
Positive attitude, proactive personality, and ability to work independently.
性格积极主动，能够独立开展工作。
Able to follow up leads effectively and convert enquiries into enrolments.
能够有效跟进客户并促成报名转化。
Experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
有教育咨询、招生、销售或客户服务经验者优先。
Familiarity with the Singapore education sector or international student recruitment is a plus.
熟悉新加坡教育行业或国际学生招生者优先。
Proficient in Microsoft Office and common communication tools.
熟悉办公软件及常用沟通工具。
