Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in the daily site operation -preparation of documentation and drawings for submission to clients -attendance to site meetings with clients, consultants, authorities etc -preparation of monthly progress claims and variation orders if any -attendance to test/commissioning of installation works and handover of project -Coordinate project administration in accordance with project administration policies and procedures.
-Coordinate with technical department to resolve issues.
-Liaise with third party subcontractors to ensure execution as per finalised technical specifications, budget and time schedule.
-Attend meetings with client, consultants & subcontractor to ensure that all project requirements are compiled and executed accordingly.
-Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive / breakdown / A&A works.
-Able to comprehend all technical elements, such as BIM, drawings and specifications
