As a Electric Motors Senior Sales, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, proposing tailored electric motor solutions, conducting site visits, and coordinating with internal teams to support and close sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop opportunities in the MV/HV motor replacement market.
• Support dealers, agents, system integrators (SI), and OEM partners in bidding for motor replacement projects.
• Promote JD Works carry motor brands to customers and partners.
• Promote AI predictive monitoring systems
• Potential to manage and lead a small team of local sales engineers as the business grows.
• Participate in marketing activities, including roadshows, media engagement, and preparation of marketing materials and tools.

Requirements:

• 10 years of sales experience in industrial products.
• Familiar with the aftersales market, including maintenance, repair, and service support.
• Strong understanding of dealer, agent, and service provider networks.
• Solid knowledge of MV/HV electric motors, rotating machinery, fans, and pumps.
• Good understanding of rotating machines and vibration analysis.
• Singapore class 3 driving license
• Fluent in English

• Liaise with clients to schedule service, discuss project timelines, and coordinate site activities.

• Experience in motor installation, testing, alignment, fault diagnosis, vibration analysis and the use of common testing instruments.
• Able to work independently on-site with customer communication skills.
