Job Description
JCC Auto Pte Ltd is a growing used car dealership specialising in newer continental vehicles such as BMW, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to support our sales operations and deliver a high-quality buying experience to customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales enquiries, coordinating vehicle viewings, and guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, messaging platforms, and online listings
- Arrange and conduct vehicle viewings at designated locations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales
- Assist customers with financing options, documentation, and handover process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales journey
Requirements
- Class 3 driving license
- Strong interest and passion in cars
- Excellent sales and customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage
- Prior sales experience will be preferred but not mandatory
