Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the systems engineer will provide engineering design, technical configuration, drawing of various telecommunication systems.

He/ She will possess extensive knowledge and experience in Engineering design of telecommunication, safety & security and marine navigation systems covering technologies such as IP Infrastructure, WIFI WLAN, Firewall security, IP-PABX, PAGA, CCTV, VCS, TETRA/DMR UHF/VHF Radio, GMDSS Radio, GEO/MEO/LEO VSAT, IPTV, Radar, Gyrocompass and etc and provide engineering design, technical configuration, proof of concept as well as drawing instruction of various telecom systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of engineering design and make a truly access and understanding of client requirement and propose the right solution to fit the specs.
• Produce engineering document (VDRL) and close the client comments in a timely, high quality and accurate manner.
• Produce scratch drawing and guide the AUTOCAD drafter to come out the engineering drawing deliverables.
• Adapt the industrial standard and best practice into the engineering drawing preparation, design, review, and submission.
• Guide the in-house technician for equipment assembly and cabinet integration; implement the system configuration, simulation, testing and verification.
• Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) to client and provide in-house training to client as well as commissioning engineer.
• Any other ad hoc tasks required for business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in telecom or equivalent technical discipline
• Proven 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role within the industrial markets.
• Well organized documentation, time management skills
• Ability to articulate and share concepts with customers and suppliers.

Reporting to the Director (Maritime Connectivity Solution), the primary job responsibilities:

• Recommend, identify and devise Business Development Plans and Sales Strategies for the Satellite Subscriptions (Airtime) Team, in alignment with Business Unit’s Objectives, to ensure profitability and growth in sales revenue.
• Connect and discuss with identified customers to understand their needs.
• Prepare and present quotations / commercial proposals in order to follow up on sales matters.
• Work with the Product Manager to create high quality proposals for the customers, while aligning to customers’ needs.
• Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers.
• Implement and execute all business plans, while aligning to our corporate goals, to achieve sales performance target.

Jason Marine Group Limited is a Marine Communication Equipment and Service Provider based in Singapore, providing marine electronic equipment and marine communication integration solutions for offshore vessels arriving in Singapore or around the Asia region.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Assistant is responsible for coordinating general warehouse operations and activities including picking and packing, shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions and records, and storing of inventory.

He is also responsible for the safe and efficient operation of handling equipment and spare parts. He is expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish his work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1) Perform receiving, goods checking, put-away, order picking and issuing / shipping of equipment and spare parts

2) Update all receiving and issuing transactions into the inventory management system

3) Check the quality of materials and monitor product lifespan

4) Handle import and export documentation

5) Assist in inventory control and conduct proper housekeeping in the store

6) Provide logistics administrative support
