Cybersecurity Operations Director

My client, a well-established FMCG company, is seeking a SOC Director to shape the future of their Security Operations Center (SOC). This strategic role combines oversight of day-to-day security operations with driving modernization initiatives that enhance threat detection, accelerate response, and improve efficiency.

You’ll lead incident response, manage MSSP partnerships, and champion automation, forensics, and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to build a next-generation, intelligence-driven security operations function that stays ahead of evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform and mature SOC capabilities, leveraging SOAR platforms and automation playbooks.

• Oversee enterprise security technologies (Firewalls, XDR, IPS, PAM, Email Gateways).

• Lead end-to-end Incident Response and digital forensics investigations.

• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports for leadership visibility.

• Manage MSSP relationships and ensure SLA compliance.

Ideal Profile

• 12+ years in cybersecurity with SOC and incident response leadership, with a strong acumen in strategic planning and transformation.

• Experience in SOC transformation and SOAR automation.

• Strong technical foundation across network, endpoint, and identity security.

• Certifications like CISSP, GCIH, GCFA preferred.

• Skilled in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and familiar with frameworks like NIST and MITRE ATT&CK is a plus.

• Exposure using Google Security Operations will be an added bonus.

Job Summary
Transaction Execution

• Conduct and manage due diligence inquiries of target company using due diligence checklists to understand their business, assets, capabilities, ESG and financial performance, as well as strategic fit
• Provide overall project management of the assigned M&A transactions, including coordination with clients, counterparty and external advisors such as Legal, Accounting, Tax to enable diverse capabilities
• Review public filings, research reports, business plans and financial information to produce operating and financial models
• Develop financial / valuation models to evaluate investments, reorganisations, disposals, acquisitions and other corporate finance transactions
• Conduct valuation assessment and provide valuation advice
• Conduct comprehensive research into company/industry/geographic market for a M&A transaction and prepare materials such as teasers, information memorandums, and other marketing materials.
• Manage and develop administration and documentation for assigned M&A transactions

Assist on transaction structuring

• Assist in negotiating commercial points on behalf of the client
• Assist in preparation of board materials and other approvals required by the client

Sector Knowledge/ Origination

• Contribute to the Cleantech & Environment sector M&A team which include (Renewable Energy, Conventional Power, Utilities, Environmental Services, Water, Waste, Electric Mobility Value Chain, Battery Storage, Geothermal, etc)
• Originate new business and opportunities by leveraging strong understanding of clients’ business and a consultative approach to provide tailored, structured solutions that meet their needs
• Participate in origination and execution of transactions, primarily leading the origination / pitch phase and support through to closing
• Originate / provide strategic deals and support in consultation with coverage teams and product partners

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and targets, including preparing sector/ country landscape updates, maintaining trading/ transaction comparables
• Research and analysis of markets and industries
• Research and financial analysis of companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources
• Participate in sector forums and conferences

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelors in Banking & Finance or Accountancy
• 7 + years of investment banking sector experience in M&A
• Has worked on multiple M&A deals in renewable energy/ power and utilities sector in South-East Asia and North Asia
• Decent level of VP/ Director/ deal team level client relationships in the renewable energy/ power and utilities sector
• Has led SPA/ W&I workstreams independently on M&A transactions in the renewable energy/ power, utilities sector
• CFA is a plus and previously CMFAS certified
• Written and Spoken Mandarin as the role will be working closely with the North Asia market (China,Taiwan)

An established, large-scale FMCG organisation is seeking a Sales Director to lead and accelerate commercial growth across Asia Pacific. This role carries regional responsibility, extensive hands-on travel, and full ownership of retail channel performance, distributor management, and execution excellence across diverse markets.

The position requires a commercially astute leader with deep experience navigating modern trade, general trade, and distributor-led markets in emerging and developed APAC countries.

Key Responsibilities:

1)   Regional Sales Leadership

• Own end-to-end sales performance across multiple APAC markets, with direct responsibility for revenue, volume, margin, and market share.
• Translate regional strategy into market-level execution plans, ensuring consistency while accommodating local nuances.
• Act as the primary commercial interface between regional HQ and local country teams.

2)   Retail & Channel Excellence

• Drive growth across Modern Trade, General Trade, Convenience, and Traditional Retail channels.
• Lead joint business planning with key regional and local retail partners.
• Strengthen in-store execution, pricing architecture, promotions, and merchandising standards.

3)   Distributor & Partner Management

• Oversee and optimise a network of distributors, agents, and sales partners across APAC.
• Set KPIs, governance models, and performance reviews; intervene decisively where execution falls short.
• Build scalable distributor capability in route-to-market, coverage, demand planning, and compliance.

4)   Travel Commitment

• Extensive travel (50–70%) across APAC, including emerging and frontier markets.
• Frequent on-the-ground engagement with distributors, key accounts, field teams, and retail partners.

Required Competencies:

• 10–15 years of progressive sales leadership experience within FMCG / Consumer Goods.
• Proven track record managing retail-centric businesses across Asia Pacific.
• Strong exposure to North East Asia, Southeast Asia, or mixed emerging/developed APAC markets is highly advantageous.
