• Perform administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office

Job Description:

• Ferry workers from dormitory from and to work sites
• Deliver documents or materials to required project sites
• Loading and unloading of materials from vehicle at site and warehouse
• Conduct weekly checks to ensurethat the vehicle is in good and safe condition
• Keep vehicle clean and regular maintenance on lorry
• Drive in safety manner at all times and adhering to traffic rules and regulations stated in the road traffic
• Attend to other adhoc jobs assign by immediate supervisor/management

Qualification:

• Possess a valid Class 4 licence with good driving records
• Familiar with Singapore road
• Independent organized with positive working attitdue and good team player
• Able to work on Weekends and night works if required

Job Descriptions:

• Planning and Create Schedule to meet project timelines
• Preparation site documents for job awarded and on-going projects as per main-con request
• Able to resolve site issues during the contract period
• Communicate & Negotiate with consultants, client, main-con on contractual matters
• Arrange manpower to sites
• Report to Management fortnightly regards to work site progress
• Check through all relevant documents submission before claim dates

Job Requirements:

• Min 5 years relevant working experience
• Excellent leadership, management and good communication skills with site engineers, coordinator and colleagues
• Able to take on various challenging jobs assigned
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Independent, Responsible and Positive Working Attidute

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for progress claims and all related matters with contracts
• Act as key liaison for operations/site matters and office administration matters
• Coordinate with operations team, contractors and site engineers
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience in office administration
• GCE 'O'/'N' Level / Equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
• knowledge and experience in construction industry is an added advantage
• Possess good coordination and organization skills
• Great team player who is independent with pleasant disposition
• Hardworking, self-driven and high sense responsibility, good time management skills
• Biligual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers

Roles & Responsilbilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop CAD drawings from sketches / CAD and specifications from Supervisors
• Responsible for updating drawings as per the latest information provided
• Follow and act superiors instruction
• Work closely with site supervisors, engineer, Project Manager or Main Con to ensure successful completion within given timeline

Job Requirements:

• Experience working in Scaffolding company
• Dipolma in Civil, Structural Engineering, Architectural, ITE Drafting certificate or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in infrastruture projects' implemention
• Proficient in CAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good in problem solving and communication skills
• Independent, meticulous, team player and mewt tight deadlines
