SUMMARY

The Marketing Executive supports planning and executing marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors across multiple channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
• Create and manage content for social media, website, email marketing, and promotional materials to support marketing objectives
• Coordinate marketing activities, events, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives to maximize outreach
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed marketing reports to inform strategy adjustments
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and support business development
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications to strengthen brand identity

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
• Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms to effectively support campaigns
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for marketing documentation and reporting
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools to create marketing visuals and materials is an advantage
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently to meet marketing goals

SUMMARY

The Business Support Executive provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team to ensure smooth sales processes and excellent customer service. This role is responsible for preparing quotations and tenders, coordinating customer requests, maintaining accurate databases, and generating reports to support business performance.

RESONSIBILITIES

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations to support sales initiatives and tender submissions
• Follow up on sales orders to ensure smooth processing and customer satisfaction
• Generate detailed reports and maintain up-to-date databases to support decision-making and operational tracking
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance client retention and satisfaction
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets that support marketing and sales activities
• Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve shared goals and deliverables
• Demonstrate meticulous organization and attention to detail in managing administrative tasks
• Leverage knowledge of SAP/SAGE systems, when applicable, to support sales and inventory management

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in sales support, order management or business operations
• Prior experience in the scientific or medical equipment, devices, or consumables industry is an advantage
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Meticulous, well-organised, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments
