We are looking for a hands-on Accounts Executive to support our day-to-day finance operations.
This is a practical role suited for someone who enjoys working in a small team and handling a mix
of accounting and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly accounts preparation (P&L;, balance sheet)
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and basic reconciliations
- Issue customer invoices and follow up on collections
- Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations
- Support GST filing and basic compliance matters
- Maintain inventory records and assist in stock reconciliation
- Provide general administrative and operational support
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related field
- 1–3 years of working experience preferred
- Familiar with basic accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently in a small team environment
