An enthusiastic individual with the following skills set:
a) basic accounting and book-keeping knowledge
b) administrative functions like Reporting and Business Coordination.
c) fast learner to understand business and industry specific processes and terms
d) able to liaise with vendors and clients alike in preparing reports like Accounts Payable and Receivables.
e) personable and able to work cohesively in a small team.

Basic Qualifications:
a) Diploma in Business or Accounting
b) 3 years working experience
c) Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools like Excel, Word, Powerpoint and AI tools.
d) familiarisation with QuickBook Accounting Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts by analyzing client requirements to support successful sales outcomes
• Support tender submissions by compiling required documentation and verifying compliance with tender specifications
• Develop detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and project budgets to enable effective financial planning and control
• Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements and cost implications

Required competencies and certifications

• Sales, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline

We are looking for System Engineer to support the delivery of lighting controls and building automation projects in the hospitality and commercial sectors. This role combines project management, system programming and technical coordination, and is ideal for someone who enjoys both engineering execution and site-based project delivery.

The successful candidate must be a strong team player, able to work effectively with colleagues, clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, professionally, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design to handover
• Program, test, commission, and troubleshoot lighting control & smart building solutions
