Job Summary

Support project delivery by managing daily tasks, preparing tender submissions, and coordinating vendor contracts to ensure timely and accurate project progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members to manage and deliver project tasks effectively on a daily basis
• Provide clear, timely, and accurate information, advice, and reports to the Section Head to support decision-making
• Assist in preparing tender submissions by sourcing, negotiating, and awarding contracts to vendors to meet project requirements
• Actively manage project deadlines and report progress to supervisors to ensure timely completion

Overall Project Management Support: Assisting in managing, planning, controlling, and executing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed within the specified parameters, including budget and timelines.

Site Work Administration: Overseeing and administering all on-site activities, managing project delivery, and monitoring progress to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.

Tender Document Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation, including drafting contracts, evaluating tenders, making recommendations for the selection of construction and procurement contracts, and participating in the awarding process.

Submission to Authorities: Helping prepare and submit necessary documents to relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations and obtaining required approvals or permits for the project.

Client Relationship Management: Maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction by monitoring project performance, addressing concerns, and ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Additionally, identifying and following up on new business opportunities with clients.

Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with various teams, including architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution.

Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all construction activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices, contributing to a safe and productive work environment.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate project documentation, records, and reports to track project progress, costs, and any variations or changes that occur during construction.

Job Summary

Prepare and manage detailed construction drawings using BIM and CAD tools to support project teams, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with technical standards in a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update drawings and design documentation for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages using BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit to support project delivery
• Coordinate with Project Engineers and Project Managers to prepare, review, and submit drawings according to project requirements
• Maintain current knowledge of drafting techniques and BIM technologies to ensure technical competency and quality output
• Plan and schedule drawing submissions to meet project timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery
• Organize and maintain soft copy documentation and archiving systems for easy retrieval and compliance
• Produce detailed installation and construction drawings based on sketches, specifications, and technical notes to guide site works
• Review, finalize, and reproduce drawing packages in accordance with project standards and client requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM modelling), Navisworks, and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ACMV projects through all phases to successful completion, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to fulfill project requirements
• Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize project delivery
• Review and approve ACMV design drawings, technical submissions, and method statements to ensure compliance and feasibility
• Ensure installation works comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards to maintain high-quality outcomes
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management and key stakeholders for informed decision-making
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and costs
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical, operational, and coordination issues promptly to maintain workflow
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, variation orders, and final handover documents for project closure
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality expectations to meet client satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ACMV or M&E project management
• Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, or large-scale building projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems, installation practices, and relevant codes and standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills applied in project contexts
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines
