Key Responsibilities:

Software & Managed Services Sales

• Manage a strategic sales pipeline ranging from $1M and above, spanning enterprise software solutions and IT managed services.

• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities for both software products and managed service offerings to increase customer value and solution adoption.

• Collaborate with technical and service delivery teams to develop tailored proposals addressing customer pain points across infrastructure, cloud, security, and end-user services.

• Lead client engagements from initial qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Qualifications:

Job Summary 

As an augmented resource in the Enterprise Knowledge Department, you play an important role in transforming how the Authority works with structured and unstructured data. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining IT systems/applications that support data management needs.
