Job Description & Requirements

- Handle all aspects of personnel administration inclusive of maintaining employee database, payroll processing and leave management

- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including pre-screening, interviews, offering of employment and onboarding

- Administer and monitor work pass applications/renewals/cancellations

- Administer medical insurance/WIC (expiry, claims)

- Maintain and update personal files of staff

- Prepare of Tax Clearance for staff resigned

- Coordinate employee training and development programs when required

- Manage office supplies (pantry, stationeries, water supplies, copier machine...)

- Assist in maintaining leave records & follow up on submission of relevant leave forms & supporting documents

- Assist in organizing of staff events in the company

- Handle applications and claims for government grants, ensuring timely submission and compliance

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles

- Familiar with employment legislation, CPF Act and Income Tax Regulations will be an added advantage

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels

- Team player who is service-oriented and with a positive attitude

-Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

-Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

-Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.

-Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

-Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.

-Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

-Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.

-Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

-Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

-At least 3 years of experience

• Source for quotation for materials and service

• Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary

• Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities

• Responsible for main claims, variation orders, budget & cost control

• Prepare settlement for final account

• Manage Contracts administration

• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and condition, loss and expenses claim etc.

• Manage subcon/supplier payment and progress claims

• Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting for regional subsidiary/subsidiaries

• Administer Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables for regional subsidiary/subsidiaries

• Supervise affiliates’ financial accounts in coordination with local outsourced accountants

• Responsible for monthly, half-year, and annual reports and other financial reporting are delivered in line with Group’s deadlines.

• Support local tax reporting

• Work process improvements across reporting, billing, payable, funding, accounting

• Take charge of regular reconciliation of Acquirer Scheme Receivables / Merchant Payable / Accounts Receivable / Negative end account balances / Deferred Income etc.

• Assist in regulatory reporting

• Participate ad-hoc finance projects as and when required

Recruitment

• Continuously explore and evaluate new recruitment platforms and participate in suitable career fairs to attract talent

• Liaise with recruitment agencies

• Screen applicants and forward resumes to hiring managers

• Arrange and attend interviews

• Prepare employment contracts

• Assist staff onboarding and offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance

• Create/Update/Terminate staff records in the HR system

• Maintain employee P-Files, both hardcopy and digital (DocuShare)
