We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to manage the full spectrum of human resource functions. The successful candidate will play akey role in supporting business operations through effective HR practices andcompliance with Singapore employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and selection processes
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (e.g. S Pass, Work Permit)
- Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and performance management
- Administer payroll, compensation, and employee benefits
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and Tripartite Guidelines
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Job Requirements
- Related field experiences
- At least 1.5 years of relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
- Experience in handling work passes is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
