Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Packaging Review & Compliance - 15%

• Review and approve export packaging plans submitted by domestic equipment manufacturers (e.g., electrical systems, HVAC equipment, generators, containers).
• Ensure packaging complies with international shipping standards, project specifications, and destination country regulations.
• Verify protection measures for sea freight (e.g., moisture-proofing, anti-corrosion, shock resistance).

2. End-to-End Logistics Management - 25%

• Manage the full logistics lifecycle from factory dispatch in China to delivery at overseas project sites.
• Coordinate multimodal transportation (land, sea, and last-mile delivery).
• Monitor shipment schedules, ensure on-time delivery, and proactively mitigate risks (e.g., delays, damages, customs issues).

3. Freight Forwarder & Vendor Management - 15%

• Supervise and manage third-party logistics providers (freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport companies).
• Evaluate vendor performance based on cost, service quality, and delivery reliability.
• Lead regular performance reviews and enforce contractual obligations and KPIs.

4. Supply Chain SOP Development - 15%

• Develop, standardize, and continuously optimize SOPs for supply chain and logistics operations.
• Establish clear workflows covering packaging, transportation, customs clearance, and site delivery.
• Ensure SOP alignment with EPC project execution requirements.

5. Continuous Improvement & Issue Resolution - 15%

• Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in logistics operations.
• Collect and analyze logistics performance data and incident reports.
• Drive suppliers and logistics partners to implement corrective actions and preventive measures (short-term and long-term).
• Promote continuous improvement culture across the supply chain.

6. Cross-functional Coordination - 15%

• Work closely with procurement, engineering, project management, and site teams to align delivery schedules and technical requirements.

• Support project planning with accurate logistics timelines and cost estimations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management. Experience in overseas EPC projects is highly preferred. Prior experience working in or managing freight forwarding companies is a strong advantage.
• Certifications/Licenses: Professional certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred, such as: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) – APICS , Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) – APICS, Certified International Trade Professional (CITP) or equivalent. Knowledge or certification related to international trade compliance and Incoterms is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of international logistics processes (export/import, Incoterms, customs clearance). Familiarity with packaging standards for large-scale industrial or data centre equipment. Proficient in English (spoken and written) for business communication.
• Traits & Behaviours: Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors. Data-driven mindset with continuous improvement focus.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

• Pre-Sales, Master Planning & Visualization (30%): Develop site master plans, building layouts, and high-quality renderings for client RFP responses; collaborate with Sales to define the "aesthetic and functional" value proposition of a site. 

• Architectural Design & Space Optimization; High Level Civil & Structural Calculations (25%): Lead the design of building envelopes, logistics, and vertical transportation; perform GFA/CFA calculations and neighbourhood impact analyses (GIS) to maximize site utility. Provide simple civil and structural estimations for space planning and cost estimation purposes.  

• Cross-Functional Solution Integration (15%): Follow closely to the technical solution as developed by the Lead Mechanical and Lead Electrical engineers. Proactively ask questions and ensure understanding of the tasks as data center design are very dynamic. Laise with other departments to understand their aesthetic, design and documentation requirements. Partner with the Product Team to integrate MEP and structural modules into the architectural framework; coordinate with Internal Procurement for facade and material selection. 

• Technical Oversight & Delivery Support (5%): Provide ongoing support to the Delivery Team to resolve architectural site issues; review submissions from local Architects of Record (AOR) to ensure alignment with IntraTrak standards. Review vendor samples, finish boards, etc.   

• Compliance & Standards Governance (10%): Develop and maintain company architectural standards, including branding, signage, and "Ways of Working" (WoW) minimalist aesthetics. 

• Business Planning Support (15%): Assist in the production of phasing plans and budgetary estimates for architectural and civil works. 
  

Qualifications & Requirements 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Architecture, with a preferred focus on industrial or mission-critical facilities. 

• Certifications/Licenses: Licensed Architect by a recognized body (e.g., AIA, RIBA, BOA Singapore, or HKIA) is required. 

• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and InDesign; strong capability in architectural rendering and sales-focused sketching.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

• Pre-Sales Visualization & RFP Support (10%): Lead the creation of BIM models, explanation drawings, and animations for client RFP responses; collaborate with Sales to provide technical marketing assets and "automatic take-offs" for rapid-response budgetary planning. 

• BIM Standards & Protocol Governance (10%): Create and manage in-house BIM standards (layers, line weights, annotations); develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and protocols to ensure consistency across the global portfolio. 

• Product Integration & Library Management (15%): Partner with the Product Team to develop and update the BIM object library for internal and supplier equipment; ensure parametric models include accurate sizing and naming conventions. Laise with equipment vendors and material suppliers for their latest BIM models.  

• Team Leadership & BIM Support (45%): Govern and train a team of BIM technicians; provide expert technical support for BIM software and troubleshoot complex modeling issues encountered by the design or delivery teams. Manage the BIM files as the point of contact, receive comments and markups from the technical teams, understand, digest and distribute to self and BIM technicians to execute. Ensure quality of BIM work. The BIM technicians are expected to be in Shanghai and the BIM manager to be stationed in Hong Kong or Singapore with the Design and Engineering Team.  

• Cross-Functional Coordination (15%): Interface with Mechanical, Electrical, and Architectural leads to ensure clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination; assist the Delivery team in resolving site issues using BIM data. Ensure that the disciplines are following the BIM standards and are filed accordingly.  

• Continuous Improvement (5%): Stay technically proficient with the latest BIM developments and integrate best practices into company procedures. 

Qualifications & Requirements 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field is desired. 

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of work experience in engineering/design, with at least 6 years specifically in the Data Center sector. 

• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is mandatory. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

• Pre-Sales & Solution Design (30%): Lead the mechanical engineering input for client RFP responses; collaborate with the Sales team to design and defend technical solutions that integrate internal and supplier products. Lead and coordinate other trades and to ensure that the proposed solution is holistic and complete. Actively pursue, incorporate and assist other departments & in other disciplines, and resolve interdependencies.    

• Technical Design & Engineering (15%): Oversee high-level design for complex data center systems, including water/air-cooled chillers, cooling distribution units (CDU), and specialized fire suppression; perform and review critical calculations for PUE, WUE, and thermal storage. Ensure that other disciplines cooling, water, ventilation and other mechanical requirements are captured, real and reasonable.  

• Stakeholder Consultation & Negotiation (15%): Negotiate with end-users, operators, and local governing bodies to develop engineering solutions for site selection and project development.  

• Project Oversight & Troubleshooting (10%): Provide technical support to the Delivery team; diagnose and implement effective solutions for mechanical issues encountered on-site during construction and commissioning.  

• Standards & Quality Governance (10%): Develop and maintain company standards and best practices; ensure all mechanical solutions comply with international standards (e.g., Uptime, TIA) and regional regulations.  

• Product & Procurement Support (10%): Partner with the Product and Procurement teams to evaluate vendors and assist in technical product selection.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certifications/Licenses: Chartered Engineer or Licensed Professional Engineer (e.g., CIBSE, PEB Singapore, HKIE) is required. Uptime Accredited Tier Designer or TIA Certified Designer is highly desired.  

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HVAC design especially datacentre systems, P&D/FS systems, and control parameter tuning (PID); expert understanding of constructability, testing, and commissioning processes; operations and maintenance requirements.
