Responsibilities:

· Support the execution of sales plans to grow customer base and market presence

· Identify and reach out to potential clients and build relationships

· Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction

· Support senior team members in recruitment, training, and coordination of sales activities (if applicable)

· Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product and service improvement

· Participate in marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, and client meetings

· Prepare basic sales reports and updates for management review

Required skills and qualifications:

· Min 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field

· Good understanding of the sales process (lead generation to closing)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Team player with willingness to learn and grow

· Able to travel when required

Preferred skills and qualifications:

· Experience in B2B sales environment

· Exposure to supply chain or enterprise software

· Basic understanding of system integration or technical solutions

· Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

· Exposure to warehouse automation or logistics industry is a plus

Responsibilities (Junior)

· Assist senior engineers in installation and commissioning activities

Job Description:

- Design and review mechanical layouts for warehouse automation systems (AutoCAD).

- Integrate AGV, AMR, and shuttle systems into warehouse infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in automation equipment (AGVs, conveyors, AMRs).

- Support installation, commissioning, and testing of systems on-site.

- Coordinate with vendors and teams to ensure timely project execution.

- Lead small teams or subcontractors and provide technical guidance.

- Travel for site inspections, installations, and troubleshooting as required.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- Strong mechanical design skills; proficiency in AutoCAD.

- Hands-on experience with AGV, AMR, shuttle systems, and conveyors (preferred).

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to lead and manage field teams.

- Willingness to travel and work in warehouse/construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business needs, operational requirements, and project goals
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, automation engineers, QA, and operations
• Liaise and communicate effectively with principal vendors to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines
• Conduct key user training, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and go-live support
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations
• Prepare documentation, reports, and client presentations
• Facilitate client meetings and provide guidance on WMS and healthcare automation solutions
• Support post-implementation activities, including client handover and training ​​​​​​​

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or consulting roles
• Experience in WMS, healthcare automation, or related technology projects preferred  
• Strong project planning, execution, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously  
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is a plus (to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/vendors)
