We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and physically fit individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant cum Warehouse Storekeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative and sales coordination support
• Support customer basic sales enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a prompt and professional manner
• Coordinate closely with sales and operations teams on order processing and delivery scheduling
• Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and stock picking lists
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO), perform goods receipt
• Monitor stock levels within office warehouse, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including invoicing, collections, and credit control
• Perform general administrative duties and support finance functions as assigned

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word to perform data entry and documentation tasks
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge to assist with financial record keeping
• Physical fitness to handle light-to-moderate goods packing and shifting safely and effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks Online to enhance finance support capabilities
• Meticulous and accurate data entry skills to ensure error-free records
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to maintain productivity

This is a full-time role for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative based in Singapore. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep, you will be the face of Indrugco Pte Ltd, a distinguished Singapore-based pharmaceutical company, bridging the gap between our innovative healthcare solutions and medical healthcare community.

You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with clients, presenting and promoting a diverse range of medical and pharmaceutical products, ensuring they are kept well-informed regarding product offerings and benefits. Additional responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of products and staying updated on relevant medical pharmaceutical industry trends and advances.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell range of medical devices, pharma nutraceutical products to new and assigned customers.

• Develop strong product knowledge and in-depth understanding of relevant therapeutic areas and market landscape.

• Conduct product detailing to highlight product features, benefits, and key messages to doctors and healthcare professionals.

• Gather market intelligence and provide timely feedback to management.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with healthcare professionals, General Practitioners (GPs) and Specialists in private, restructured medical centres and hospitals.

• Manage assigned accounts effectively to drive sales growth and market penetration.

• Achieve/exceed assigned sales targets and related activities

• Address customers' enquiries promptly and professionally.

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through customer relationships, product support and services

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in any relevant Sciences, marketing, or business administration

• Competence in Medical Sales and a strong understanding of the Singaporean healthcare, pharmaceutical sector

• Mandatory 1 year of proven Pharma sales experience

• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and engage effectively with healthcare professionals

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Beneficial to possess valid driving licence and own vehicular transport
