Serves as liaison between the user and in-house maintenance contractor on all ACMV related system.
Carry out repair and rectification of ACMV related system
Evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot any breakdown issues of all ACMV related system
Provide recommendation to resolve any malfunction of the ACMV system
Provide costing for all ACMV related systems based on SOR/prevailing market rate.
Manage, supervise, and coordinate all maintenance, servicing, repair, and installation works carry out by the in-house maintenance contractor.
Provide sizing and design of ACMV system (chilled water or DX type) for individual room / small area.
Able to assist Business Development with the aircon pricing
Requirements
Possess at least a professional certificate in ACMV / Diploma in Mechanical Engineer
Min 3 years of hands-on working experience in the repair, maintenance and servicing of ACMV related system
Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Possess strong initiative and good analytical skills
A committed and responsible team player with a pleasant personality, independent and resourceful
