Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties, and preparing of reports
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of onboarding activities for new hires
• Assist with recruitment activities, including resume screening and maintaining candidate databases
• Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS and internal portals
• Participate in HR projects and assist with meeting coordination and minute-taking
• Respond to employee HR-related queries and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed
• Support the organization and participation in career fairs and campus recruitment activities
• Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops
• Provide support in procurement of office supplies and coordination with vendors
• Carry out any other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in HR practices and employment regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in, but not limited to, supporting the tax team through the preparation of tax filings, gathering information for tax reviews, and conducting tax research. You are expected to stay up to date with evolving tax laws and trends, recommending strategies that ensure full compliance with relevant legislation. Job Description

• Ensure clients’ compliance with tax regulations and timely fulfillment of corporate and individual tax statutory filing obligations
• Prepare and review tax computations for individuals, sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, and withholding taxes across a client portfolio
• Deliver accurate and high-quality tax services within established deadlines and compliance standards
• Engage clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, processes, and service delivery
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients while providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff and interns
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and support departmental initiatives to strengthen overall team performance

Requirements

• Possess an accounting/tax degree or professional accounting/tax qualification recognized by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants or Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals
• More than 5 years of relevant working experience in the area of Singapore tax
• Solid technical knowledge of tax legislation and practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide payroll reports and support finance with payroll reconciliation and audits.
• Process CPF contributions, tax filing (IR8A, IR21), and other statutory requirements in compliance with MOM and IRAS regulations.
• Handle government claims such as NS Pay, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, and other statutory benefits.
• Handle insurance claims, renewals, and employee benefits administration.
• Prepare HR-related letters and correspondence.
• Maintain and update staff personal files and HR systems.
• Assist with ad-hoc HR matters as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or relevant field.
• At least 1 year of payroll processing experience.
• Experience in handling Singapore payroll software like Unit4, Info-Tech, SAGE, Employment Hero, HR Easily knowledge will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts including reconciliations, payroll, cash flow, month/year end closing, GST and year-end audit schedules for clients.
• Preparation of financial reports and tax (If required)
• Able to work in teams and support the Managers/Team Heads in meeting targets.
• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
• Able to communicate effectively with departments and clients to ensure a timely completion of work.

Skills & Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, including experience in the related fields
• Experience with Family Office Clients or Fund Accounting would be advantageous
• Meticulous and good analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• IT Savvy and knowledge of accounting software required
• Can work independently with minimum supervision
• Results driven
• Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
