Senior Marketing Executive – Partnerships, Activations & CRM

About the Role
Il Lido Group is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead partnerships, activations, and CRM initiatives across our portfolio of restaurants.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building brand buzz, creating meaningful collaborations, and driving repeat business through smart, data-led marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Marketing
Develop and manage strategic collaborations with lifestyle brands, alcohol distributors, delivery platforms, and local businesses
Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for key campaigns and events
Execute cross-promotional campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue
2. Events & Activations
Conceptualize and execute in-restaurant experiences (e.g. chef’s tables, seasonal launches, themed nights)
Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution
Drive visibility and attendance through integrated marketing efforts
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Manage and segment customer databases to deliver targeted campaigns
Plan and execute email and SMS marketing to drive repeat visits
Develop loyalty programs, exclusive offers, and retention strategies for returning guests
4. Media & PR Relations
Draft press releases and marketing communications
Liaise with PR agencies and media partners
Ensure strong brand presence across food and lifestyle publications
5. Market Research & Trendspotting
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends
Propose innovative campaigns and marketing initiatives
Identify new opportunities to strengthen brand positioning
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing
Strong network across brands, media, or KOLs is a plus
Proven experience in partnerships, events, or CRM campaigns
Highly organised with strong project management skills
Creative thinker with a commercial mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
