• Have an eye for details, responsible to cross check kitchen drawing planned by your colleagues to minimise potential errors.
• Work with kitchen service provider closely to ensure Ikea furniture are delivered and installed on time according to planned specification.

Job Description

• To translate business requirements into CRM features and technical specifications that deliver concrete initiatives, programs, tools, and methods.
• Turning data through customer segmentation, behavioural analysis, and lifecycle modelling into actionable insights to influence campaign design, journeys, and touchpoints.
• Overseeing developments. Including new solutions, upgrades, and vendor coordination
• Managing CRM data structure, quality, governance and integration with other platforms
• Partnering with internal and external partners to drive improvement of single customer view and omni-CRM.

About the job

• You are part of the in-store logistics team facilitating the store’s daily needs in the movement of goods to transport incoming goods and handling materials to the designated location within the warehouse boundaries.
• Adhering to standard operating procedures, you help to ensure efficient goods flow and accurate inventory counts as well as following waste management guidelines in maintaining the cleanliness of the work area.
• Verify articles received against corresponding paperwork and note any discrepancies to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Picking and scanning of items from Shopfloor or Warehouse according to customer’s orders (on-line and store);
• Sorting and merging of items before hand-over to next section;
• Working closely with your colleagues, you also help to keep the store well stocked with the right goods, ensure a safe place to work for co-workers and yourself by using the correct equipment and following our safety guidelines.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks may be assigned on operation needs.

Your profile

• You have experience in warehousing operations and a good track record in workplace safety.
• You are a self-motivated team player with a desire to take on responsibility and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic and physically fit, you must enjoy hands-on physical work and have a keen interest in warehouse logistics.
• You are able to commit to shift work commencing from working on rotating shifts including weekend and public holiday.

You will work closely with the Customer Relations team and the Home Furnishing Business to create a positive customer experience. You do this by providing professional knowledge sharing with the IKEA Services Furniture Assemblers and Kitchen Installers enabling a seamless development on measurement, assembly and installation services. 

Your assignment

·       Responsible for ensuring that the IKEA storeprovide the best furniture assembly services, so that customers get a successful shopping experience.

·       Full understanding of "IKEA basic work knowledge", to maintain a friendly attitude at customer place

·       Provide customers with professional, fast and friendly full range of furniture assembly services including delivery of our IKEA items to customers’ places.

·       Ensure that all the items loaded are accurate, the packaging is not damaged, the installation drawings are clear toconfirm the orderly installation services

·       Clearly inform the customer installation in professional and friendly manner to the customer to confirm the installation of goods

·       Ensure that all the measured data is accurate, the picture is clear, the key parts of the logo clearly in place

·       Clearly inform the customer measurement procedures, professional and friendly to introduce IKEA products and design concepts

·       Always treat customers' advice or complaintsefficiently and efficiently to ensure service quality of service providers

Your profile

·       Have at least one or two years of Assembly and Installation experience

·       Have the ability to use and maintain power tools

·       Experience working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment.

·       Have a positive working attitude and be able to work under pressure.
