Project: Megaspine - Changi T5

Responsibilities:

• Supervise tunnel and civil engineering works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Monitor tunnel excavation, shaft construction, structural works, and temporary works activities.
• Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and completed works.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and project safety requirements.
• Monitor geotechnical instrumentation, settlement readings, and ground movement during tunnelling operations.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and authorities to resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Attend site meetings, prepare inspection records, and submit progress and quality reports.
• Assist the Resident Engineer (RE) in overseeing tunnel construction activities and ensuring compliance with LTA, BCA, and project requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, preferably in Tunnel projects.
• Registered RTO with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).

Location: Bukit Panjang & Woodlands

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications

• Monitor site progress, quality, and workmanship

• Ensure compliance with BCA and WSH regulations

• Attend site meetings and coordinate with contractors and consultants

• Maintain proper site records and reports

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent

• Accredited RTO (IES/ACES)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in HDB/HIP projects

• Good knowledge of local construction regulations

Location: Tampines

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
• Liaison with main contractors, architects, and engineers for the approval of shop drawings and resolution of site issues.
• Management of site safety in accordance with Ministry of Manpower guidelines.
• Attendance at site meetings and preparation of meeting minutes.
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of rectification works and quality of materials.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, preferably in BTO projects.
• Registered RTO with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).
• Relevant experience in site supervision and project management.

Requirements (Short Version):

• Minimum 5 years of WSH experience, preferably in LTA Project.
• Valid MOM-registered WSHO license required.
• Good knowledge of ISO standards, implementation, and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local EHS regulations and coordinate with authorities during inspections.

• Carry out regular EHS audits and site inspections, and deliver EHS training (e.g., fire drills, first aid, PPE usage, hazardous materials handling).

Job Requirements Summary:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification with at least 3 credits, including English.
• Prior experience as a receptionist is required; office skills certification is an advantage.
