1. Drive company vehicle to deliver goods

2. Assist in loading & unloading

3. Follow delivery schedule & route to complete daily delivery assignments in time.

4. Collect payment (cash or cheque) and hand over to the office at the end of the day.

5. Follow traffic regulation and parking rules, be responsible for any illegal parking

6. Any other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the management

Requirements:

1. Willing to work in logistic industry and non-aircon/outdoor environment

2. OT may be required with short notice to cover other colleagues’ MC or leaves

3. Must complete daily assignment on time

4. Possess valid Class 4 driving licence

5. Nice attitude and good interpersonal skills

6. Vehicle must be returned to the company parking location and not allowed to be driven back home

Detailed Responsibilities

- Assist the directors in daily recruitment matters

- Online work passes application, issuance, renewal, appeal

- Advertise for job openings via different channels and perform preliminary screening

Job Description

To perform supervisor duties in a non-aircon working environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist the management on operational matters

- Arrangement of maintenance schedule and perform routine inspection

- On site troubleshooting including service standard & technical issues for different type of appliance to ensure operations to be smooth & productive

- To conduct assessor role at confined space as and when required

- Needs to work on standby mode (company mobile SIM card will be provided) to attend any emergency situation, especially after midnight

- Coordinate with suppliers on material ordering & delivery

- Coordinate with suppliers on equipment configuration as well as proper maintenance procedures

- May be required to hand carry up to 25 kg

- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements

- Min 1 year experience in service industry with technical or maintenance experience.

- Alternatively, min 1 year experience in technical or maintenance industry with F&B background and knowledge are also acceptable.

- Able to get along with team members with lower education

- Needs to work under stress and tight schedule

- Able to work on midnight shift: 5pm to 3am daily

- Working location may subject to change with short notice and only public transportation expenses can be reimbursed
