- Read and interpret carpentry drawings accurately to measure on site for precise fabrication
- Plan and allocate carpentry jobs efficiently to all in-house carpenters to meet project timelines
- Prepare and count materials before fabrication to ensure readiness and reduce delays
- Deliver high-quality workmanship by following specifications and maintaining standards
- Demonstrate responsibility by managing tasks independently and ensuring job completion
- Apply a keen eye for detail to identify and correct potential issues during carpentry work
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid Class 3 License to operate vehicles as required for job duties
