1. Close supervision , management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring work progress and quality.

2. Manage,vendors,contractors and sub-con for progression of works.

3. Resposible for all the site implementation and completion towards management target.

4. Resposible for the project quality and safety plan.

5. Laise with consultant and contractor for Green Mark Certification process.

6. Ensure company ISO safety system requirements are fully implemented on project.

7. Work closely with engineering team on any technical issues arising from site and lead the supervision and resolution of work on site.

8. Ensure proper documentation and record of site are carried out.

1. Cleaning, repairing, and preparing surfaces for plastering, including removing old plaster, patching holes, and ensuring a level base.

2. Mixing plaster, cement, or other materials to the proper consistency, often using hand tools or mechanical mixers.

3. Applying plaster coats to walls and ceilings, using trowels, floats, and other tools to achieve a smooth, even finish.

4. Installing plasterboard and wallboard partitions.

5. Applying finishing coats and smoothing surfaces, including sealing nail holes and joins.

6. Repairing damaged plasterwork, both internally and externally.

7. Communicating with clients and other tradespeople to coordinate work and ensure smooth project completion.

8. Identifying and resolving issues during plastering work.

9. Working effectively with other tradespeople and site managers.

10. Completing tasks efficiently and within deadlines.

1 . To be a team leader and lead the planning and implementation of project , coordinating project staff and providing direction to the project team.
2. Ability to liaise with parties involved in the project (including clients, consultants, main contractor or subcontractor ).
3. Advise project foreman on construction methods and to solve technical problems, have knowledge about the civil engineering works.
4. Cost evaluation and budget assessment, make cost report to company.
5. Oversee projects are being carried out to ensure that the work is done according to outline specification and that is conform with project timetable.

6. Can work hard and over time when site required.

1. Arrange and supervise the construction site job to each foreman.

2. Prepare workers' attendance and workdone documents for QS to submit monthly claim.

3. Inspection with RE / RTO.

4. Monitor timber, plywood and rebar materials usage to prevent damage, wastage or loss.

5. Ensure workers working on site in safe condition.

6. laise with coustomers with regards to all site matters and meetings if required.

7. laise with Sub-con of their work progress and supervise their work in safety requirement.
